
Annual Reports
All member institutes are required to forward the name, contact information and term of office of the following officials within one week of any change:
Ø Association headquarters
Ø Chairman (Senior Elected Officer)
Ø Executive Director (Senior Operations and Administrative individual)
Ø Trustees of ICMCI Council (Appointed representatives from the association to ICMCI)
In addition, all member institutes are required to report the following information to ICMCI headquarters annually:
Ø By February 28: Membership counts as of January 1
- CMC members
- Non CMC members
- Non consultant members
- Consulting Firm members
- Estimated individuals represented by Firm members
- Other members
Ø Thirty days prior to the annual conference:
- National objectives for the current 12 months
- Progress toward achieved these objectives
- National objectives for the future 12 months
- Challenges ahead
- Support required from ICMCI
